Financial Policy: Discounted Fees

Senior Citizens (age 65 and better) receive a 5% discount.*

Prepayment Discounts: Funds received at least two weeks in advance of any procedure and paid by cash or check will receive a 6% discount and funds paid by credit card will receive a 3% discount. Also available as a gift certificate for another individual.*

Funds received as payment in full at the initial appointment for any multi-visit procedure such as crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures will receive a 5% discount if paying by cash or check and a 2% discount if paying by credit card.*

Please bring a copy of your insurance plan benefits information with you on your dental appointment. We shall attempt to assist you determine your contracted insurance plan benefits as time permits. Please understand that the determination of the benefits is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.

Sandra Holder
I have lived in Virginia for 31 years, in the western part of Loudoun County. I have worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Rothschild since 1987. I love my family and pets.

Barbara Eden
I have been a Dental Hygienist in Dr. Rothschild’s Leesburg office for 20 years.  I have lived in Loudoun County with my family for close to 40 years.

Karin Olarte
I’ve been in the dental field with Dr. Rothschild for 16 years.  I was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Virginia 23 years ago. Oldest of 7 children I live in Purcellville with my son, hubby, and Roxy our new puppy and Sami the cat.

Carol Simon
I live in the Purcellville/Middleburg area.  I have been a Dental Hygienist for many years.  At home, I have two Welsh Corgi’s and horses and am very active in the community.  I have been with Dr. Rothschild’s office since 1994.  I enjoy working with children as well as adults.  I love my work… ask me.  I’ll tell you, “this is a great job.”

I’ve been a registered Dental Hygienist since 1985. I love working with people of all ages. I lived in California before moving to Ashburn in 2003 with my husband and two daughters.

I have been a Dental Assistant since 1978 & received my Certification in 1995. Moved to West Virginia in 2004 with hubby-Lee and youngest of 6 children-Jordan. I have been on Dr. Rothschild’s team for 3 years.

About Dr. Kenneth Rothschild, D.D.S.

Dr. Rothschild was born and raised in the Midwest. He received his B.A. in Chemistry from Miami University (Ohio) in 1975. He continued his professional education at Georgetown University School of Dentistry (GUSD), graduating in 1979. While attending GUSD Dr. Rothschild served two years as president of the American Society of Dentistry for Children. He was awarded one of fifty National Health Service Corps full scholarships granted nationwide. He served two years as a commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service in Grant County, West Virginia. He continued his public service in the Shenandoah Valley, where he primarily treated under-served children. Dr. Rothschild expanded his general dental education by incorporating orthodontics among his professional specialties. He was trained in Light Force orthodontic mechanics in 1980-1982. In addition he has received extensive continuing professional education in Endodontics (root canals) including complex molar cases, cosmetic dentistry (porcelain laminate veneers, Lumineers, Empress, eMax all porcelain crowns, etc.), implant restorations, "invisible" mercury free fillings, prosthetics (crowns, bridges and dentures), preventative care, oral and periodontal surgery, and treatment of sleep apnea and snoring.

Dr. Rothschild opened his dental practice in Leesburg in 1983. He coached youth basketball and some baseball since arriving in Loudoun County. Dr. Rothschild is the only dentist voted "Best Dentist" in Loudoun County three consecutive years in Northern Virginia Living Magazine, as well as other numerous accolades. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Virginia Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club and Light Force America (orthodontic study club).

Dr. Rothschild enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Mary, and their two sons, Adam and Eric. He also enjoys skiing, tennis, motorcycling, hiking, exercising, and is an instrument rated pilot.
